Gaston's career began on the investment side of real estate as the Director of Acquisitions for an Investment Firm out of Newport Beach. With an average of 62 flips per year, Gaston's underwriting, negotiating, and closing experience is what he now utilizes in getting results for both his investor and retail clients. No stranger to leveraging opportunities to develop and grow professionally, Gaston has joined forces with Engel & Völkers Dana Point. 

 

With his previous experience in the Real Estate sector, as well as a former COO/Founder of a marketing and branding firm in 2016, the decision was made effortlessly. His people first methodology has quickly made him the sought after local expert in the Orange County coastal luxury market.
